December 17, 2014 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1411-56 <br /> Council Member Roberts opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1411-56, a proposed ordinance amending Ordinances 3299-12 and <br /> 1237-86 and establishing new rates for sewer service and surface water <br /> management. <br /> Council Member Roberts invited public comment.
