We
have posted a stop work order on the accessory building and have created a CRW file with photo attachments.
The second dwelling is prohibited by zoning and therefore unlawful as indicated by Steve in the email.
Please schedule this for enforcement as time allows.
Thankyou
Ted Budden
From: Steve Ingalsbe
Sent: Monday, April 27, 2015 9:21 AM
To: don fitzthum@msn.com
Cc: Ted Budden
Subject: RE: Code Question
Hello Don,
The rules have not changed. The subject property is in the R-2 zone. Two detached single family residences on one
property are prohibited in this zone unless they were in existence prior to 1956. I could not find any permits allowing
the second unit. I have included Ted Budden with Permit Services to further investigate this matter.
Steve Ingalsbe
Planner
City of Everett Planning Department
(425)257-8941
sinqalsbe @everettwa. qov
2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A, Everett, WA 98201
Location: Permit Services, 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd floor
From: DON FITZTHUM [mailto:don fitzthumCa>msn.com]
Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2015 1:49 PM
To: Planning Email
Subject: Code Question
Good Afternoon,
It appears my neighbor is converting the garage on the alley to a separate residence.
