Stephanie Lillie discussed Transportation <br /> Services' education and outreach plan and mitigation plan. <br /> Council President Gipson invited public comment. <br /> Adrian Patayon, Everett, and Gary Hatle, Everett, spoke in opposition to <br /> the proposed fare increase for the disabled and elderly. <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to close the public hearing. <br /> 299 <br />
