ittitrii <br /> Resolution No. 6815 <br /> A Resolution Adopting the 2014 Addendum to the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health requires that the City update its <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan every six years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the previous Comprehensive Water Plan was approved in 2007; and, <br /> WHEREAS, on September 28, 2012, the Department of Health agreed that the <br /> Comprehensive Water Plan update would be submitted as an addendum to the 2007 <br /> Comprehensive Water Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared a 2014 Addendum to the 2007 Comprehensive Water <br /> Plan in accordance with the Department of Health Guidelines; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the 2014 Addendum to the 2007 Comprehensive <br /> Water Plan meets the needs of the City and the State; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> adopts the 2014 Addendum to the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan. <br /> 4 SAWA° <br /> Counciif , <br /> o ntroducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this 2 l s t day of January, 2015. <br /> -i"W)1.‘*-- <br /> Council President <br />
