January 14, 2015 <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — PORT OF EVERETT WATERFRONT PLACE CENTRAL <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE <br /> Adopt resolution amending Resolution No. 5382, as amended by <br /> Resolution No. 5703, and amending Exhibit A of Resolution No. 5703, the <br /> Development Agreement for the project formerly known as the Port of <br /> Everett North Marina Redevelopment Planned Development Overlay <br /> Zone, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the amended and restated <br /> Development Agreement for the Port of Everett Waterfront Place Central <br /> Planned Development Overlay Zone. <br /> As a follow up to the City Council briefing that was held on January <br /> 7, 2015, the council members were provided with an update from the <br /> Planning Department that included a copy of the Development Agreement <br /> with legislative changes. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6811 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,390,209.46 for the period of December 27, 2014 through December <br /> 31, 2014. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6812 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,748,031.82 for the period ending December 27, 2014. <br /> 8 <br />
