November 7, 2012 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — MUNICICPAL COURT DESIGN <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Burke, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with the DLR Group for the design <br /> of the Municipal Court in the amount of$35,960.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT— INTERPRETER REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement <br /> between the State of Washington Administrative Office of the Courts <br /> and the Everett Municipal Court to continue the State funded <br /> Interpreter Reimbursement Program for 2013. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, inquired about the inclusion of sign language in the <br /> agreement. City Attorney Iles noted that the agreement does cover <br /> services for individuals with hearing impairment; however, he would have <br /> to report back to city council regarding the level of services provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 311 <br />
