. ;----�-- . <br />, �' • <br />August 01,2001 <br />EXHIBIT ��E" <br />Kirk Brooks <br />City of Everett <br />Public Works Department <br />2930 Wetmore Ave. Suite 8-A <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Kirk, <br />In order to have our building site permit plan approved we are respectively <br />submitting the attached minor revisions to our original submittal for your review <br />and concurrence. <br />Basically the revisions are clarifying and up dating drainage structures to conform <br />to the City of Everett Standards and revising the outflow surFace drainage from <br />the South to a existing enclosed system to the West within a recently obtained <br />drainage easement as shown in Exhibit "A" <br />The following revisions are hereby noted. <br />1. Delete the CB # 2 Restrictor Detail, as shown on sheet 1/1. <br />2. Substitute the City of Everett Typical Restrictor Installation Design Plate <br />number 412A. <br />3. The outlet discharge pipe shall be 8" diameter PVC or Aluminum. <br />4. The location of the discharge pipe is shown and shall be connected to a <br />existing drainage system as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />5. A copy of th�e Drainage Easement for the Detention Pond discharge acquired <br />from Jeff Koon is furnished as Exhibit "B" <br />6.
