This T. I. R. with Offsite Analysis is submitted along with the <br />construction plan for Temporary Storage Facility addressed as 10822 <br />Evergreen Way to comply with City of Everett DNS for SEPA #46-98 <br />requirements. The submittal is also to comply with the Everett's City Design <br />and Construction Standards(CDCS). <br />Part I Offsite Drain�ge Analysis <br />Regarding the Offsite Analysis the following tasks were done in line with <br />the tasks described in the City of Everett's Stormwater Management Manual: <br />1.
