Our tax parcel number is 4429-003-001-0305. <br />We have discussed our problems with you in the past both by <br />mail and phone regarding the drainage problem that has <br />occured since your development began over l� years ago. <br />Now, with the wetlands that have been destroved on the south <br />side of our pr.operty, our retention system that sheet flowed <br />onto it now does not work �roperly since the natural drainage <br />has been blocked and not accounted for. <br />I've never complained about what you do on your property. <br />As far as I'm concerned that is your business. But I know <br />that since I purchased and built our resedence 172 years ago <br />your property has had 2 to 3 feet of water standing the.re <br />on your site 9 to 10 months a year on the south side of our <br />property. We built per code with every aspect of our con- <br />struction and I'm sure you have and will continue to do the <br />same. <br />All we are askinq or at this time I should say demandinq <br />that our property be taken into consideration of your <br />developing as your pro�erty has had an adverse ef_fect on <br />our property. <br />, ���. � <br />� �, <br />��a rn "y� <br />�. <br />�� <br />
