' <br />f', � J <br />. : ._. � �_..�.�J <br />� :�:1;: �-����� <br />ti,: � . � ��-�,��=.�.�TT..... <br />i�r:� ;;��.;a,,Et:�r;���<ic Services <br />Thank you for your letter dated September 21,2001 and apologize for not responding sooner, this <br />tiine of the year we are extremely busy and with the present status of the International situation <br />our business world is somewhat on edge. <br />Most certainly, we, yourself, and the City of Everett would a111ike to have your grading /drainage <br />improvement plan completed in accordance to the City of Everett requirements for our proposed <br />Outdoor Storage Yard in order that the City of Everett approves your plan and issues the <br />necessary grading permit. <br />The City of Everett letter dated August 24,2001 (copy attached) indicates the few minor but <br />necessary items to be completed and submitted to them before final approval is granted. <br />We do not agree with your payment request of $3,840.00,as inuch of the revised engineering <br />work that had to be done should have been covered by your original agreement. <br />However, in good faith, we will agree to pay into an escrow account the amount of $1,940.00. <br />This amount will be payable to you in full upon completion of your design plan revisions required <br />and requested by Mr. Brooks and subinitted to the City of Everett for their final approval and <br />receiving a approved grading pennit. <br />Please review this offer and respond in order that we can set up this amount in escrow for you. <br />As soon as you complete and subinit the few minor revisions requested by Mr. Kirk Brooks, the <br />City of Everett Public Services Manager.
