Attached are sketches <br />and a picture of the system. The posts will be 42" high and the <br />spacing between the posts are 8 fee�t at the ends of the deck and <br />6 feet on the 24 foot front edge of the deck. Also attached are <br />the PEAK engineering drawings that show the required <br />construction and how the subsequent tests show the ability to <br />withstand 200 Ibs lateral forces and 50 Ibs per square foot vertical <br />loading. The cost of the system is shown on the sketch and comes <br />to around $1256.00. <br />4) The total cost of materials is $407.10 plus $1256,00 or $1663.10. <br />The cost of labor is for about four days of construction at 8 hours <br />per day or 32 hours. 6f we use $30 per hour, and I am doing this <br />myself, then labor comes to $960. And the total cost of the <br />project is $2623.10. <br />5) Using your Permit fee schedule, the fee should be $69.25 for the <br />first $2000 and $14 prarated for the next $1000 over $2000 <br />(623.10/1000 X$14 =$�.73). The Perrnit fee should be �round <br />$69,25 plus $�e73 or around $77e97. Thas calcuB�tion did not <br />inciude tax on the materia6s ar�d the 9abor costs s�ated above. <br />Yl <br />
