Grantee acknowledges the steepness and slope of the Grantor's property and , in <br />exercising their rights under this Easement, agree to indemnify, defend and hold Grantor <br />harmless from arid against any and all claims, causes of action, injury ar death, loss, darnage or <br />liability (or any claims in respect of the foregoing}, cosis or expenses (including reasonable <br />attorneys' fees) arising out of Grantee's use of the Grantor's property and any act or omission af <br />the Grantee or their employees, agents or independent contractor arising oui of this Easement or <br />the breach of this Easement.
