Our report, concIusions, and interpretations should not be construed as a warranty of
subsurface conditions. A contingency for unanticipated conditions should be included in the budget and
schedule.
All people ho outn or occupy homes an hillsides shold realize ihat landslide movements are alays a
possibilit}. The landowner should periadicalIy inspect the slape, especially after a winter starm. If
distress is evident, a geoteclnical engineer should be contactea for advice on remediaUpreventative
measures. The probability that landsliding rill occur is substantially reduced bv the proper maiitenance
of cirainae cantrol measures at the site.
