The project will be built <br />in two phases. Phase 1 will include earthwork and erosion control. Phase 2 will include finish grading, <br />utilities, paving, construction of the plant and buildings. A site plan for Phase 2 has been included in the <br />drawing set for information only and is not part of the Phase 1 construction. A separate Phase 2 building <br />permit will be applied for in approximately two months. <br />The SEPA determination has been made with the adjacent Glacier NW project. The Dept. of Fish and <br />Wildlife will not require an HPA and a letter from them stating this has been enclosed. I have also <br />enclosed a copy of the Findings and Decision of the Hearing Examiner. <br />Our phase 1 submittal includes the following: <br />5 copies of the drawing set that includes: <br />• Title Sheet, <br />• Temporary Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan <br />• Temporary Erosion & Sedimentation Control Details and Notes <br />• Grading Plan <br />� Grading Sections <br />• Site Plan — Phase 2 <br />5 copies of the Geotechnical Report <br />Sedimentation pond calculations <br />Correspondence from Dept. of Fish and Wildlife <br />Findings and Decision of the Examiner of the City of Everett <br />7� <br />
