December 12, 2012 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1211-54 <br /> Council President Gipson opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1211-54, a proposed ordinance relating to Tax Administration, <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2809-04. <br /> Council President Gipson invited public comment. <br /> Annie Lyman, Everett, asked for a brief description of exactly what this <br /> change entails.
