ORDINANCE NO. 3426-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled, "2013 Federal Overlay Project," Fund 303, <br /> Program 098, as established by Ordinance No. 3317-13 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled "2013 Federal Overlay Project" Fund 303, <br /> Program 098, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "2013 Federal Overlay Project" Fund 303, <br /> Program 098, as established by Ordinance No. 3317-13, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the " 2013 Federal Overlay Project" Fund 303, Program <br /> 098, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction $ 1,590,196 <br /> Total Expenses $ 1,590,196 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Federal Grant-STPUL-9999 (651) $ 670,730 <br /> Fund 119- Street Improvements 919,466 <br /> Total Revenues $ 1,590,196 <br />
