December 27, 2012 <br /> AGREEMENT — COMMUNITY ODOR MONITORING <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with the Puget <br /> Sound Clean Air Agency to participate in the Community Odor <br /> Monitoring project at no cost to the city of Everett. <br /> Craig Kenworthy, Director, Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, gave a brief <br /> overview of the study. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING —VIOLENT OFFENDER TASK <br /> FORCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with the United Stated Marshals Service regarding <br /> participation in the Violent Offender Task Force. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — 2012 STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign agreement with <br /> Washington State Department of Commerce regarding utilization of <br /> FFY 2012 STOP Violence Against Women grant funds. <br /> 377 <br />
