February 18, 2015 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Moore, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1501-03 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts <br /> Ordinance No. 3427-15 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — ESTABLISH JOINT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with <br /> the Everett Transportation Benefit District to establish joint <br /> responsibilities. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — PURCHASE/COMPUTER EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Snohomish <br /> County Human Services for a grant in the amount of $11,000.00 to <br /> purchase hardware, software and furniture for the computer teaching <br /> lab at the Carl Gipson Senior Center. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 44 <br />
