'>4440/7. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6830 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus <br /> and authorizing their disposition. <br /> Whereas, the City has a 2000 Ford E450 Cutaway Van (#V0012) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a public auction <br /> is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The 2000 Ford E450 Cutaway Van(#V0012) is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> and <br /> 2.
