3.78.150 of this chapter, where urban residents may obtain a variety of products and services <br /> including, but not limited to, shops, offices, banks, restaurants, governmental agencies, <br /> transit service, and a mixture of uses and activities that may include housing, recreation, <br /> cultural activities, commercial or office uses. <br /> Section 2. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended (EMC 3.78.150) is amended by <br /> the addition of the following, which shall be codified as EMC 3.78.150.C: <br /> C. Urban Center,North Broadway.
