This project is located within both the City of Everett
and the City of Mukilteo. The boundary line between the two municipalities is clearly shown on the
drawings.
We request that your review of the plans be confined to that portion that lies within the City of Everett
jurisdiction. Work to be completed within the City of Everett includes the following:
1. Installation of a new water line per Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District Standards.
2. Installatiou of an access road to serve the existing terminal and public access.
3. Landscaping.
4. A new storage building to support the terminal operation.
5. Fencing.
Much of the work shown on these plans was previously approved for construction back in 2005. Due to
issues pertaining to the disposition of the Tank Farm property, construction of the access road was deferred.
Updates to the plans have been made to reflect the City of Mukilteo's intent to have First Street become a
public street rather than a private drive aisle.
In general, plan sheets 40-56 are primarily relevant to the storage building, which is subject to City of Everett
review for building permit purposes.
An earlier agreement between the City of Everett and the Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District allows for
water service to be provided by the Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District.
YZ
1620 West Marine View Drive Suite 200 Everett Washington 98201 Tclephone: 425.259.4099 Facsimile: 425.259.3230
