All civil site work shall conform to the Port of Everett Mount Baker Terminal Access <br />Roadway plans which have been stamped and signed by Jack N. Molver, P.E. and <br />dated 8/18/14. <br />6. Water and Sewer utilities for this site are to be owned and operated by Mukilteo Watei <br />and Waste Water District. All aspects related to these utlities must be reviewed, <br />inspected, and approved by said district. <br />Your Public Works Inspector is Randy Allen (425-339-7403).
