Our obligation to you carries <br />with it an obligation to protect the environment and the personnel we employee to remediate <br />your building. Health and safety of our employees and the environment is the primary concern <br />and the basis for the following request. <br />As previously discussed in our phone conversation, the following items need to be addressed <br />prior to EnviroShield beginning remediation work on the property located at: 5214 S 2"d Ave, <br />Everett, WA 98203. <br />• Stop all water intrusion, specifically that coming from the roof. <br />• Certify that all painted surfaces are lead free. If the painted surfaces are lead based, <br />t•emove all painted surfaces from the construction site before remediation. <br />• Certify that all floor and ceiling surfaces are asbestos free.
