A copy of the order is attached and incorporated herein by reference. To date no work has been done to eliminate the violations of Section 108 of the IPMC. A recent inspection revealed that the structure contains hazardous electrical equipment that renders the structure Unsafe and Unfit for Human Occupancy, pursuant to Section 108 of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Everett (the "IPMC�. Due to the conditions described more fully in the order the entire structure on the property referenced above is unlawful, unsafe and unfit for human occupancy pursuant to Sections 108.1.1 and 108,1.3. and 108.1.4 of the IPMC. Pursuant Section 108 of the IPMC the City will condemn the entire structure on this property on October 11, 1016, if the conditions violating Section 108 of the IPMC, which are more fully set out in the Final Order of the Everett Hearings Examiner dated October 1, 2015 are not abated in their entirety. Lawfully abating the violations includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any necessary building permits, final inspections, and approval for occupancy from the Bujld�ng Division. The entire structure must be vacated no later than October 18, 2016, if you have not complied with this Notice of Condemnation, including obtaining approval for occupancy from the Building Division. Any legal tenants affected by the condemnation must be re-located in accordance with the provisions of the Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act, RCW 59.18.
