1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3229-11 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing Community Development Block Grant special <br /> construction funds as established by Ordinance No. 2506-01 and 3016-07, <br /> and transferring balances from Fund 360 to Fund 198. <br /> WHEREAS, in 2001 the "2000 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood <br /> Improvement Program" Fund 360, Program 200 was established to provide for the <br /> construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; Delta, Port Gardner, <br /> and Riverside; and <br /> WHEREAS, Fund 198, Programs 991, 992, and 993 have been established to provide <br /> for the construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; and <br /> WHEREAS, in 2007 the "Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood <br /> Improvements" Fund 360, Programs 201, 202, 203, 204, and 205 were established to <br /> provide for the construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; Delta, <br /> Port Gardner, and Riverside; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are outstanding balances in Fund 360, Programs 200, 201, 202, 203, <br /> 204, and 205 which need to be transferred to Fund 198; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 360, Program 200, entitled <br /> "2000 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program" as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2506-01 is hereby closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final balances for the "2000 Community Development Block Grant <br /> Neighborhood Improvement Program ", are as follows: <br /> A. Balances of Funds <br /> Delta Neighborhood $2,228 <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood $6,371 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood $0 <br /> 1 <br />
