"'414416": ORDINANCE NO. 3241-11 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, "41St Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements," Fund 303, Program 091, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received funds for the design phase of a project to evaluate improvements to three major Everett intersections: W. Marine View Dr. & Pacific Ave., Pacific Ave. &Rucker Ave., and Rucker Ave. & 41st Street; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 091, entitled"41St Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 091, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director," under direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$1,676,300.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 091, "41St Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements," as follows:
