fi <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3242-11 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection," Fund 303, <br /> Program 045, as established by Ordinance No. 3190-10. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled`Broadway and Beverly Boulevard <br /> Intersection," Fund 303, Program 045, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection," <br /> Fund 303, Program 045, as established by Ordinance No. 3190-10, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection," <br /> Fund 303, Program 045, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 1,682,911.00 <br /> Total Expenses $ 1,682,911.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> TIB-State Grant $ 500,000.00 <br /> Fund 119- Street Improvements 387,911.00 <br /> Fund 157-Traffic Mitigation 675,000.00 <br /> Fund 301 -Arterial Streets 120,000.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 1,682,911.00 <br />
