f ) .011P mioloA 00%0' 47 ORDINANCE NO. 3255-12 : AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled"Senator Henry M. Jackson Park Renovations", Fund 354, Program 030, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2824-05. WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned parks capital improvement program as a part of the City of Everett Parks& Recreation Comprehensive Plan; and, WHEREAS,the City of Everett is requesting funding approval for the utilization of Capital Improvement Program 3 (CIP 3) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the design, planning, engineering and construction of Senator Henry M. Jackson Park renovations; NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 354, Program 030, and shall be entitled"Senator Henry M. Jackson park Renovations"to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 354, Program 030, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Recreation Director, under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the action authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$447,209 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 030, "Senator Henry M. Jackson Park Renovations" as follows: A.
