Exhibit C <br /> MASTER PLAN - Description and Diagrams <br /> A. Master Plan phasing description: <br /> Phase 1: Completed and opened in 2002. <br /> Expansion of the Pavilion for Women and Children, located at the Pacific Campus. <br /> Phase 2 Proposed Completion in 2007. <br /> Develop and construct a community cancer center parking facilities, and support functions <br /> in partnership with local physician groups. As part of the cancer center the facility will <br /> provide medical physician office space and a 600 car parking garage. This phase <br /> proposes the demolition or moving of 21 of 22 Donovan homes in the Donovan District <br /> for temporary surface parking and construction staging. <br /> Expand emergency department and operating room capacity. <br /> Phase 3 Completion in 2010. <br /> Construct an expansion to hospital bed tower 1 on the site of the existing parking garage. <br /> The structure would house beds for radiology, surgery, sleep services, intensive care, <br /> respiratory and medical nursing patients. The building would also house labs and a <br /> pharmacy. <br /> Before the parking garage is removed, new parking (600 potential stalls) would be <br /> provided in the expansion area to the east, with another 300 replacement stalls proposed <br /> on the existing campus. <br /> Phase 4 Completion in 2015 <br /> Construct a replacement bed tower(a"replacement hospital") on the eastern expansion <br /> site. This structure would house beds for rehabilitation, chemical dependency, telemetry, <br /> medical and surgical patients, as well as necessary critical support functions. <br /> Different phasing may occur, upon approval by City. All improvements will be in accordance <br /> with approved Master Plan—Ordinance 2850-05. <br /> 4 <br />
