2012 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-17 Fire Dept Re-approp-Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant 032R 815 <br /> GGR-17 General Fund Re-approp-Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant 002R 815 <br /> The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Washington State Military <br /> Department allocated grant funding from the 2010 Pre-Disaster Mitigation grant program to <br /> local jurisdictions to support their local emergency management operating budget in updating <br /> their hazard mitigation plans. <br /> This re-appropriation carries forward $815 of unspent grant funds from the $94,476 grant <br /> awarded in 2010. This grant is comprised of a 75%/25%split of federal and local dollars. This vehicle will provide interoperability with other heavy rescue <br /> apparatus throughout the Puget Sound region and will strengthen and enhance Homeland <br /> Security-directed response capabilities in a large scale event. There are no matching <br /> requirements for this contract. <br /> The heavy rescue apparatus is on order and will be received in 2012.
