The original MOU was for$15,000. This re-appropriation carries forward the unspent amount of $13,342. This agreement provides an analytical capability within the northern region of the Seattle Urban Area,City of Everett and Snohomish County. No matching funds are required. This re-appropriation carries forward remaining grant funds of$8,171 to both the grant revenue and expenditure budgets.
