In addition to the development <br /> standards contained in Table 6.1 of this title, the following development standards apply to uses <br /> hereafter established in the C-2ES zone. <br /> A. Prohibited Uses. The following uses are prohibited in the C-2ES zone: <br /> 1. Any Use with Outdoor Fabrication, Processing, or Storage <br /> 2. Repair of Motor Vehicles, unless entirely enclosed within a building <br /> 3. Fuel Sales <br /> 4. Self Storage <br /> B. Live/Work Units. Live/Work Units are built spaces that function predominantly as work <br /> spaces and secondarily as residences. <br /> 44 <br />
