Buildings adlacent to the station should have clear and <br /> visible pedestrian access to the station. <br /> 2. Buildings adjacent to the station should be designed so that <br /> they keep the station building as a focus of the area. Building façades that face the station/station parking <br /> should have at least 50%transparency at first two levels. <br /> 4.
