WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed updates to the City's floodplain management program and regulations will protect human health, safety and the environment, bear a substantial relation to the public interest and are in the best long term interests of the Everett Community. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1: That Section 30.010 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 (EMC 19.30.010) which reads as follows: User guide.
