At the July 12, 2005, Planning Commission public hearing the Commission action was <br /> to recommend to City Council that the implementing zone for the Single Family(1.3) <br /> area be the R-1(A) (Single Family Attached) and for the Light Industry(5.3) area be <br /> M-M (Business Park). See map Exhibit B for the zoning. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Approval <br /> That the Zoning Map of that portion of the City of Everett shown on the map in Exhibit B and <br /> described in Exhibit C is hereby established as provided by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671- <br /> 89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code). <br /> Section 2: Zoning <br /> That the City Council accepts the Planning Commission recommendation that the <br /> M-M (Business Park) zone east of Airport Road and R-1(A) zone west of Paine Field Way is <br /> consistent with the adopted Everett Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Section 3: Legal Description <br /> See Exhibit C. <br /> Section 4: Zoning Established <br /> That the official zoning map in the Planning and Community Development Department for <br /> the City of Everett shall, upon effective date of this ordinance, be amended as herein provided, <br /> and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which same is now <br /> established, as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.). <br /> Section 5: Zoning Map Attached <br /> Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B is a map which identifies <br /> the area zoned in Section 2 herein. <br /> 2 <br />
