January 30, 2013 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6584 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $6,625,923.15 for the period of January 12, 2013, through January 18, <br /> 2013. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6585 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,502,138.79 for the period ending January 12, 2013. <br /> BID CALL <br /> Authorize the call for bids for the construction of the Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility Chlorine Contact Channel Rehab project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT— DEEP WATER OUTFALL BEACH REPAIR <br /> Dave Davis, Public Works Director, asked that the contract completion <br /> date be changed from February 1, 2014, to February 1, 2015.
