March 25, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., March 25, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, <br /> Gipson, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Stephanson was <br /> excused. <br /> President Member Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 18, 2015, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Moore abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> OATH <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the appointment of Brian Raby as a new <br /> police officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk administered the oath of office and Police Chief <br /> Templeman presented Officer Raby with his badge. <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on a letter he sent to the Legislature <br /> addressing Sound Transit 3 full funding. He stated he would be testifying <br /> at the House hearing tomorrow in support of that measure. <br /> 76 <br />
