February 20, 2013 <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 2 to the Fire <br /> Administration Complex — Seismic Improvements project for <br /> additional seismic work in the amount of$193,272.72 <br /> Presented by Chris Lark, Facilities <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6589 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,982,132.73 for the period of February 2, 2013 through February 8, <br /> 2013. <br /> ALLEY CLOSURE — ELECTRONICS RECYCLING FUNDRAISER <br /> To authorize the closure of the alley south of 2802 Rockefeller on <br /> February 23, 2013, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for an Electronics Recycling <br /> Fundraiser sponsored by Port Gardner Bay Winery with the <br /> condition that personnel be on site to provide immediate access for <br /> emergency vehicles in the event of an emergency. <br /> JOB COMPLETE —WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE PROJECT <br /> To accept the West Marine View Drive project as complete and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion with KLB <br /> Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond held by <br /> Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 49 <br />
