February 20, 2013 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS — LODGING TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to concur with the recommendations of the Lodging Tax <br /> Advisory Committee to accept the long term obligations of the Hotel <br /> Motel Tax listed and to allocate grant funding as designated in an <br /> amount not to exceed $100,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to sign <br /> the contracts. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — TOURISM MARKETING <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No 1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Videri, LLC to extend the <br /> contract completion date to February 28, 2014, for tourism marketing <br /> and related services in the amount of$120,000.00. <br /> Council Member Gipson inquired about the date for stadium seating <br /> completion. Debra Bryant, CAO/CFO, stated she believed the completion <br /> date was 2014, but if not correct, she would follow up with an email. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 52 <br />
