r <br /> '11114141 <br /> /E?ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3276-12 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Key <br /> Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvements" Fund 342, Program 012, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 3046-07, and amended by Ordinance 3132-09. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Key Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvements", Fund 342, Program <br /> 012 was established to provide for the design and construction of building shell <br /> improvements, located at 1621 California Avenue and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 012, "Key <br /> Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvements" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Key Bank/Bank of Everett Shell <br /> Improvements", Fund 342, Program 012, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP4 $1,900,000 <br /> Total $1,900,000 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Design $ 178,721.00 <br /> Construction $1,095,918.10 <br /> Project Costs $ 83,452.90 <br /> Transfer Out — to CIP4 $ 541,908.00 <br /> Total $1,900,000.00 <br />
