eP/# 1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 3342-13 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "West <br /> Marine Parking Lot", Fund 342, Program 015, as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 3144-09 <br /> WHEREAS, the "West Marine Parking Lot", Fund 342, Program 015 was established to <br /> provide for the design and construction of a new parking lot under the bridge at 22nd <br /> Street and West Marine View Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3144-09 was established to fund the design and <br /> construction of the new parking lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the need for the parking lot no longer exists; and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the special construction fund, Fund 342, Program 015, "West Marine <br /> Parking Lot" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "West Marine Parking Lot" are as <br /> follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 4 $80,000 <br /> TOTAL $80,000 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Design $21 ,921 <br /> Transfer Out - to CIP 4 $58,079 <br /> TOTAL $80,000 <br /> Section 3: That the remaining balance of $58,079 will be transferred back to CIP 4. <br />
