November 5, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., November 5, 2014 in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Moore presiding. Upon roll call <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, Stonecipher, and Anderson were present. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 29, 2014 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Members Moore, Gipson and Stonecipher abstained <br /> from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at the Snohomish <br /> Health District's board meeting. He remarked that, relative to the budget, <br /> there is discussion regarding the potential elimination of immunization <br /> services. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Willie Russell, Everett, spoke regarding various issues with the city of <br /> Everett's Police and Legal Departments. <br /> 306 <br />
