November 5, 2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — 2015 BUDGET <br /> Council President Moore opened a 2nd public hearing regarding the 2015 <br /> Budget. <br /> Susy Haugen, Finance, presented the proposed budget changes on a <br /> fund-by-fund basis. She noted that the eliminated positions, and the cost <br /> impact of eliminating those positions, represents salaries, benefits, and <br /> payroll taxes. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested a list showing vacant positions, <br /> how long they've been vacant, and the status of the positions going <br /> forward. CAA/CFO Bryant stated that she would provide a list. <br /> Council President Moore invited public comment.
