2011 Refunding Bond Candidates means all or a portion of the 2011 Bonds maturing on <br /> and after December 1, 2021. <br /> 2013 Bonds mean the City's outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, <br /> 2013, issued under date of February 14, 2013,pursuant to Ordinance No. 3313-13. <br /> 2015 Bonds mean the City's outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 2015, issued <br /> under date of November 3, 2015,pursuant to Ordinance No. 3450-15. <br /> Tax Maximum means the maximum dollar amount permitted by the Internal Revenue <br /> Code of 1986, as amended, including applicable regulations thereunder, to be allocated to a bond <br /> reserve account from bond proceeds without requiring a balance to be invested at a restricted <br /> yield. <br /> ULID means a utility local improvement district of the City. <br /> ULID Assessments means the assessments levied in all ULIDs, the assessments in which <br /> are payable into the Revenue Bond Fund, and shall include installments thereof and interest and <br /> any penalties thereon. <br /> Rules of Interpretation. In this ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires: <br /> (a) The terms "hereby," "hereof," "hereto," "herein, "hereunder" and any similar <br /> terms, as used in this ordinance, refer to this ordinance as a whole and not to any particular <br /> article, section, subdivision or clause hereof, and the term "hereafter" shall mean after, and the <br /> term"heretofore" shall mean before,the date of this ordinance; <br /> (b) Words of the masculine gender shall mean and include correlative words of the <br /> feminine and neuter genders and words importing the singular number shall mean and include <br /> the plural number and vice versa; <br /> -20- P:\20287 CMWM20267 BN9 10/11/16 <br />
