Most of these streets are also <br /> designated as truck routes to and through downtown. Arterial Classification <br /> Freeway <br /> Hewitt, Hoyt, Colby, and Wetmore are designed to collect and <br /> distribute traffic from the Major Arterials throughout downtown, Major Arterial <br /> and they are designated as Collector Arterials.
