• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6065 ,IP•er:Am <br /> A Resolution accepting the petition and setting a public hearing date of <br /> October 29th, 2008 at 8:30 AM in the Everett City Council chambers, for <br /> the proposed partial vacation of the east-west alley in Block 688, Plat of <br /> Everett <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion of the east-west alley lying adjacent to Lot 1A, Block 688, Plat of Everett <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for public <br /> hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for October 29th, 2008 at 8:30 AM in the Everett City Council chambers, <br /> City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as <br /> herein described. <br /> Councilperso'n Introducirig Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of October, 2008. <br /> .'(4(A./ <br /> Council Pre i nt <br />
