• <br /> Wag <br /> ow <br /> ,Ir <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6074 ;'' .*.' <br /> n :2677 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and <br /> authorizing their disposition. <br /> Whereas, the City currently has the following vehicles in its fleet: P0257, <br /> a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria(totaled); V0003, a 1991 Ford E350 Box Van; and <br /> Whereas, the above-referenced vehicles are no longer of value or use to the <br /> City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplusing or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963- <br /> 06, a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's <br /> interests; and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing <br /> the above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the <br /> City of Everett: <br /> 1. The vehicles and equipment numbered P0257 and V0003 are no <br /> longer of value or use to the City and therefore are declared surplus <br /> personal property; and <br /> 2. The disposition of these vehicles and equipment at a Public Auction <br /> conducted by James G.
