RESOLUTION No. 6080 /IP <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus an. <br /> ill /7...411 <br /> authorizing their disposition. <br /> Whereas,the City currently has the following vehicles in its fleet: 2632, <br /> a 1991 Ford F800 Street Flusher; H0014, a 1998 Ford New Holland 7740 <br /> Tractor; J0007, a 1995 Ford F450 Flatbed; J0016, a 1995 Ford F450 Dump <br /> Truck; J0020, a 1997 Ford LT9000 Dump Truck; J0021, a 1997 Ford <br /> LT9000 Dump Truck; and <br /> Whereas, the above-referenced vehicles are no longer of value or use to the <br /> City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplusing or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06, <br /> a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing the <br /> above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett: <br /> 1. The vehicles and equipment numbered 2632, H0014, J0007, J0016, <br /> J0020 and J0021 are no longer of value or use to the City and therefore <br /> are declared surplus personal property; and <br /> 2. The disposition of these vehicles and equipment at a Public Auction <br /> conducted by James G.
