RESOLUTION NO. 6093 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the east/west alley lying <br /> adjacent and south of Lot 11,Replat of Block 718,Plat of Everett. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of that portion of the alley <br /> in the Replat of Block 718,Plat of Everett, described as follows: <br /> That portion of the east/west alley right of way lying adjacent and south of Lot <br /> 11, Replat of Block 718, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> Volume 9 of Plats,Page 27,records of Snohomish County,Washington; <br /> have petitioned for the vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for January 10, 2009, at 8:30 a.m., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> ),4=-YS <br /> ouncilperson troducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 10thday of December , 2008. <br /> /1-)n.f"/ <br /> Council Pre 'd t <br />
