Review Committee. The loans for the housing projects will be paid back to the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> 10. For all Public Service Funding programs, Consolidated Plan consultant, Interfaith <br /> Association Operations, Cocoon House Operations , Snohomish County Human Services <br /> Weatherization, and Minor Home Repair approved in this resolution, the Mayor is <br /> authorized to execute the contracts and necessary documents. <br /> 11. The required application forms and information are to be sent to the U.S. Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> 12. The 2008 Action Plan is hereby approved to be submitted to the U.S. Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> 13. HOME and additional ADDI funds may be used for home ownership projects within <br /> Everett's Planning Area. <br /> 14. Diversified Industries is given the rest of 2008 to spend or commit the $175,000.00 in <br /> CDBG funds for their project or the funds will be reallocated. <br /> 15. Up to $150,000.00 in CHIP loan funds (Fund 197)may be used for downtown building <br /> improvements through a loan program with the same loan rates and terms of owner <br /> occupied CHIP loans. <br /> 16. An agency will be found to use HOME ADDI funds which have been returned or not <br /> allocated.
